Writer, editor, advisor, and the person behind Battle Media.
The Story
I've spent my career at the intersection of startups, storytelling, and strategy.
Before starting Battle Media, I worked at Google, On Deck, and Sandhill Markets (nee Stonks). I've seen how the best founders think, how the best investors communicate, and how the best companies tell their stories.
Now I help others do the same.
I write, edit, research, and ghostwrite for startup executives, Fortune 500 leaders, VCs, and institutional fund managers. I advise on growth, storytelling, and customer psychology for startups and funds around the world. And I angel invest in founders I believe in.
My work has appeared alongside conversations with David Petraeus, Tobi Lutke, and Daniel Ek. I've collaborated with writers like Packy McCormick and researchers at Forum Ventures. I've helped founders raise rounds, executives build audiences, and investors sharpen their theses.
Why I Do This
Here's what I believe: In a world drowning in noise, the ability to communicate clearly is a superpower. The founders and leaders who can articulate what they're building — and why it matters — are the ones who attract the best talent, raise the most capital, and build the most enduring companies.
But most smart people are too busy to write. Their ideas stay trapped in their heads, shared only in one-on-one conversations that don't scale.
